Day 01 : Delhi - Amritsar
In the morning we will take you to New Delhi railway station to board the train to Amritsar, the holiest city of the Sikh religion and site of the famed Golden Temple. Surrounded by the pool which gave the city its name- Pool of Nectar- the temple is a unique structure built in a blend of Hindu and Muslim styles. Its massive dome which represents an inverted lotus is covered with 100 kg of pure solidgold.

On arrival, our representative will take you to your hotel.

Day 02 : Amritsar
This morning visit the resplendent Golden Temple the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion and admire its serenity and awe-inspiring beauty. Inside see the Hari Mandir the two storey marble temple standing in the middle of the sacred pool with its inlays of flower and animal motifs in the style of the Taj Mahal. The original copy of the Holy Book, the Granth Sahib is kept in the temple during the day as four priests keep up a continuous reading from the holy texts. There is also a museum which houses a gallery of paintings relating the story of Sikhism and its martyrs.

Next visit the Jalianwala Bagh ,a site which commemorates the death of over 2000 Indians in one of the bloodiest atrocities committed during the British Raj .It subsequently became the fountainhead of India's independence movement and has been depicted in the film Gandhi.

Spend the afternoon at leisure.

Day 03 : Amritsar - Delhi
In the morning we drive you to the railway station for your train to Delhi . On arrival, our representative will meet you and check you into your hotel for rest and relaxation. In the late evening we drive you to the airport for your onward journey
